Delivery and Courier Service

At Balanced Health Integrative Pharmacy we generally encourage our clients to come in person to pick up RXs and their natural supplements whenever possible. This allows us to follow up or teach you something new about your medication or health.  It also provides an opportunity for us to give some health information that complements your doctor's treatment plan.  However, we realize at times life can be busy and delivery or mailing out your order may be the best way to go

We are an educational and consultation focused pharmacy - NOT your traditional dispensing pharmacy. Therefore we must charge a nominal delivery or mailing out fee to keep our complementary touch base consulting services sustainable for our more proactive clients.  We do not focus on high volume product distribution like some other pharmacies may partake in which allows for the free pharmacy delivery service to be sustainable.

Please contact our pharmacy at (604) 971-4075 for more details on our delivery/mailing out service.  Fees typically range anywhere from $8 to $18 depending on the weight of the package and whether it is local or going across Canada.  In these cases we can certainly follow up with you over the telephone if necessary to keep you on track and address any questions you may have about your medications, supplements or other health concerns.

Given the current state of our healthcare system and the general disconnect between conventional medicine and natural medicine practitioners there is a huge gap that needs to be addressed. By encouraging clients to be more proactive about their health and having face to face interaction and dialogue with our experienced and specially trained pharmacy staff, we feel this is one big step in the right direction in bridging the gap in improving health outcomes for everyone!
